Shipment Policy
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Your orders will be handed over to the courier within 5 business days at the latest once your purchase confirmation is received. After dispatch, the courier will deliver your order within 1–3 days, depending on your distance from Istanbul. For team orders, this timeframe may vary based on the specific products purchased.
In the event of an unforeseen delay or extraordinary circumstances on our end, you will be notified using the contact details provided in your account. Therefore, please ensure your membership information is complete and accurate.
What should I do if the package is damaged?
If a package is visibly damaged, you should not accept the delivery and must request the courier to file a damage report (tutanak). If the courier maintains that the package is not damaged, you have the right to open the parcel on the spot to verify the condition of the items and request a formal report if any issues are found.
Once a shipment is accepted, the delivery company is considered to have fulfilled its duty. If you decline the delivery and a report is filed, please notify us as soon as possible with a copy of the report. Our Customer Service team will take immediate action to resolve the issue.
How much is the shipping fee?
For purchases made through www.fryzbee.com, shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system based on the size and weight of the items in your order.
Cancelling and Return Policy
This document has been prepared to outline the rights of customers, as well as the return and cancellation processes for purchases made through Fryzbee. Fryzbee operates in full compliance with all relevant legal regulations, particularly Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
General Provisions
By placing an order on the Fryzbee website, customers are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement.
Purchased products shall be delivered to the customer within 30 (thirty) days from the order date. If the product cannot be delivered within this period, the customer has the right to terminate the contract.
Products must be delivered complete, undamaged, and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
Unless otherwise specified, shipping costs are covered by the customer.
If a product is out of stock after the order is completed, the customer will be notified in writing within 3 (three) days, and a full refund will be processed within 14 (fourteen) days.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to return purchased products within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery without providing any justification.
To exercise this right, customers must contact Fryzbee via our official contact information.
Conditions for withdrawal:

The product must be in its original packaging, complete, and unused.

The invoice and any included accessories must be sent back with the product.
In cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised, return shipping costs will be covered by Fryzbee.
For service-based purchases, the withdrawal period begins on the date the contract is signed. However, the right of withdrawal cannot be used if the service has already begun with the consumer's explicit consent.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

Custom-made or personalized products produced to the customer’s specifications.

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (underwear, cosmetics, personal care items, etc.).

Digital content, e-books, software, and online services.

Products specifically configured according to the consumer's request.

Contracts where the service has commenced with the consumer's approval.
Returns and Refunds

Once the returned item reaches Fryzbee, return processing is completed within 7 (seven) business days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

For credit card payments, the refund may take 2–3 weeks to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policy.
If the returned product is damaged due to customer error, Fryzbee reserves the right to deduct the loss of value from the refund amount.
If a return causes the remaining order value to fall below the requirements of a promotion or discount campaign, the provided discount will be voided.
Order Cancellation and Exchanges
Orders can be canceled at any time before the product is shipped.
Customers wishing to exchange a product must contact Fryzbee within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery date.
Note: If a purchased product is out of stock or cannot be supplied, a full refund will be issued within 14 (fourteen) days.
Force Majeure and Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to unforeseeable circumstances such as earthquakes, floods, fires, pandemics, wars, strikes, or widespread internet outages. In such cases, customers will be notified and offered the following options:

Cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Replace the product with an equivalent alternative.

Wait for the delivery despite the delay.
